Rosie

cross breed - female

Rosie is a beautiful natured young girl. She is gentle and timid but still very friendly. She loves being around children and has no problem with them climbing on her, but is easily scared if they get too rough or rowdy so would probably be better suited to calmer children. She is house trained and will let you know if she needs to be let out. Rosie came into care heavily pregnant, she has given birth to 4 healthy babies and she is now ready to find a forever home of her own.

She is happy to stay outdoors as long as she has a protected spot with a comfy bed to snuggle into on these cold nights, she has been invited into the house but she just stands outside the door. Sophie is a very affectionate happy girl who just loves having a family to look after.

Chelsea

Chelsea

Bernese Mountain Dog x - female

To meet Chelsea is to love her!!! Chelsea is a beautiful natured girl with a lovely soft, low maintenance coat. She gets along superbly with other dogs and she just adores people. She is so friendly to strangers and friends alike that everyone that meets her can't understand why she is still waiting for her forever home! Chelsea is basic obedience trained, house trained and will come when called. Chelsea likes nothing more than spending time with her humans and rumbling with the other dogs. She is a large breed dog, she was surrendered to us as a Malamute x mountain breed but she looks more like a large Shephard x. As such she will need a property with good fencing. She is a bit of a goof, but not too jumpy so she should be good with older children, she is always up for a game but also happy to sit by you and enjoy lots of cuddles.

Update 14/9/06: Chelsea comes with a $50 voucher from Mammoth Mutts Doggie Stuff

Chelsea was adopted on 27 October 2006 after 1.3 years in foster care
