Rehomed Animals

Wilbur is a fluffy little British colour point. He is full of life and a little bit crazy! He likes to know where everyone is but is also happy playing alone. He gets along with other cats and tolerates dogs. He is very cute and cuddly and when he looks up at you with those big blue eyes your heart justs melts!

Very playful, friendly and super affectionate girls. Socialized with other cats and dogs. Available together or separately. These girls will be ready to go to their new homes on the 1st March 09. All enquiry's and viewing's are welcome.

Sarsha was surrendered to the pound because she just got too old for breeding. She was so thin and her coat was in such poor condition as she had been bred out. We had her desexed straight away and she now has the most beautiful big fluffy coat, has put on weight and is happy with life now. She keeps very much to herself, walks as slow as a snail and loves her food. She doesn't have much to say about life, prefers to meander around and take lots of little Sarsha naps. Her legs are a bit stiff, when we got her she spent months pacing a rectangle space all night long as obviously she had been caged for a very long time. She has moved past that but is still very quiet and just prefers to wander around and stay to herself.

She is so desperate to be loved and be given attention and when you think of the poor start she's had I'm not surprised. She was painfully thin when she came into care but has plumped up nicely in the last week or so. She's a cutie willing to give you all the love she's got. Sitting nicely for food and pats she'll be easy to train, though you'll need to be kind and patient with her as any raised voice sends her scurrying off to the safety of her kennel. She must go to a family willing to include her in every aspect of their lives, with or without another doggie friend. She's fantastic with my kids who just think she's the perfect squeeze.

Free to Good Home Dog

We have had Scrappy (named for his resemblance to the Scrappy Doo cartoon character) for 4 years and believe him to be approx 5 years old as we originally rescued him from the pound. He is very loving and affectionate, food obsessed and therefore easily trained and a real character. He has been a wonderful companion for our bigger dog.

Everyone asks what sort of dog he is and there have been many guesses but the most popular one is a Sausage dog head stuck on a long low Staffy body. One ear is always up and the tail never stops wagging

very low maintenance, never needs to go to the vet. Scrappy ignores our cat and I am sure would learn to do the same in any other home.

Scrappy has been good with other dogs and children to date but has started showing some signs of jealousy with our 13 month old son. I would recommend a home where there are no children under five in the immediate family and as he is not very big he would be fine in a smaller home. We are heartbroken at having to find somewhere new for him and want to make sure it's the best of homes, so please pass this on to anyone who you think could offer him this.

Tasha is lovely natured sooky girl, she is happy just to sit on your lap and go to sleep. She is excellent with other dogs and children and she doesn't seem to mind cats either.

Izzie is a mischievous little girl, but full of love and affection. Loves being with humans and really wants to please. Izzie plays well with other dogs. Can sit, shake and walk on a lead. She is learning to swim and has taken her first plunge in the Nepean River. A little hesitant at first, but once she got the hang of it started really Enjoying herself. Izzie does still need some training as she jumps up A little, but would be great for an active family who spends a lot of time outdoors. Izzie is a great dog to have and teach who could go anywhere with you. She is very Good in the car and really just wants to please her people.
