Bridgette and Bo

Bridgette and Bo

female

Bengal

Special Needs

These two sisters need to find a home together as they are quite bonded. Unfortunately they haven't had the best start to life and lacked vital human interaction, they are therefore cautious and shy around people. They would suit a quieter home with someone home a lot to help bring them out of their shells and feel comfortable. Sponsor Me

Bridgette and Bo was adopted on 24 August 2009 after 2 months in foster care

Garfield

Garfield

Manx - male

Super smoochy, he is ginger and white and a very affectionate funny cat who has been raised around rats birds rabbits etc and gets along fine with them. He has been an only cat but does not seem to mind the other cats once he gets to know them. Garfield can be a bit vocal when not getting your full attention, so a home that wants a cat to follow them around and be at their feet or on their laps is ideal for Garfield. He loves to give you little kisses and head butts and he's just a super affectionate boy. Garfield is not suited for small children but would be fine with older kids or a quieter home with just one adult as well. A truly loveable and quirky boy who will delight his special new family.

Garfield was adopted on 16 August 2009 after 2 months in foster care

Terra

Terra

DSH - female

Terra was surrendered along with her sister Shadow when their owner was too ill to look after them, she is a nice little girl who will be a great pet for someone as an only cat, she has never been outside and would need to be an inside only cat in a quiet environment as that is what she is used to, she loves to sit on a knee and be combed

Terra was adopted on 16 August 2009 after 10 months in foster care

Charlotte

Charlotte

DSH - female

Charlotte, the tortoiseshell girl has had a few close scrapes with death and has used up a couple of her 9 lives. She is now very healthy and extremely chubby. She has 2 cute stripes to the sides of her eyes

one is black and the other is ginger.

She is extremely well socialised having been raised with other kittens and cats of various ages. The also have had lots of contact with a large dog and think it is acceptable behaviour to wander between the dogs legs and eat her food while the dog is also eating, and play with the fur between her toes. She is a brilliant travelers in a car, having clocked up around 2000 klms so far, due to being bottle fed, and having been away on holidays with us as well as to work, netball training etc.

Sootys Babies: Bindaree

Sooty's Babies: Bindaree

DSH - male

Bindaree (named after a hut in the Victorian high-country) was the last born of a litter of 5.He was born at 8:30pm at night and was not expected as his other 4 sibling had been born hours before. He had a bit of a rough start to life as he wasn't strong enough to fight his siblings for a nipple, but with outside help putting him on a nipple whenever they could he started to thrive and has turned into a most gorgeous boy. He has a very unique personality: He loved to ride around on a remote controlled car when he was younger. He chases the vacuum cleaner around when you are vacuuming and he has a love of playing with water. He will spend ages splashing his paws in the water bowl and licking them dry, and if the toilet lid is left up, you can be assured he will have heaps of fun splashing around in the toilet bowl. He also loves to stand on the rim of the toilet when it is flushing. Very unusual. Bindi also loves to come up for a cuddle and loves the company of other cats as well as our large dog.

Sooty's Babies: Bindaree was adopted on 03 August 2009 after 5 months in foster care

Suki, Sooty

Suki, Sooty

DSH - male

Black and white male: Suki is a quiet girl who is still a little timid, but with some love, she'll be a great little cat. She enjoys playing and is quite cheeky at times.

Sooty

Black male: Sooty is a gorgeous, playful and happy boy. His looks are an exact replicate of his mum and I think he'll be as sweet as she is too. He enjoys sleeping on the end of our bed (just like his mum!) and playing with his brother and sisters.

Suki, Sooty was adopted on 31 July 2009 after 6 months in foster care
