Pearl and her siblings were found in a garbage bin after being dumped and were taken to the nearest vet clinic and then came into care with DCH. Sadly one of the siblings succumbed to injures but Pearl was lucky enough to make it and is now on the hunt for her Forever Home.

Pearl is a sweet, outgoing puppy that will need daily exercise, lots of love, cuddles and to be able to spend time with her family. If you can give Pearl the home she needs we look forward to hearing from you.

Peach is a delightful female JUG (Jack Russell cross Pug) with a heart as sweet as her name suggests. She's an absolute charmer with her adorable expressions and gentle demeanour. Peach loves to be cuddled and pat and is always ready for a playdate with her siblings.

🐾 About the JUG Breed: The JUG, a delightful mix of Jack Russell Terrier and Pug, combines the energetic and intelligent traits of the Jack Russell with the affectionate and sociable nature of the Pug. JUGs are known for their friendly disposition, making them excellent family pets. They thrive on human interaction and adapt well to various living environments.

The breed listed has been estimated along with their date of birth as we don’t know anything about their background and have no visibility on what breed their parents were.

• The JUG pups will be available for adoption after January 11th, giving them time to recover from their desexing procedures.

Ridgeback x staffy - female

Taylor (puppy with the grey collar in the images) is one of 6 ridgeback x staffy puppies rescued from a green garbage bin. Despite her rough start she has thrived in DCH care. She is very playful, inquisitive, adventurous, cuddly and healthy. Both Taylor and her sister Mallory (pink collar) are being nurtured by the same foster carer and looking for a chance at a wonderful life.

Taylor loves playing with balls, rope, hoomans and dogs. She loves going for walks and often tries to walk ahead to explore. She eats dry puppy food as well as any unfortunate cicadas that happen to fly near her. She is also crate-trained so at night she knows that her crate is her sanctuary and place to sleep. She is quiet and fantastic with adults and children of all ages. She is also friendly to other dogs and kittens (untested with cats). She is very playful, loves to be picked up and cuddled, and just wants to be loved. Taylor is also respectful of clothes, shoes and furniture.

These kittens have been rescued from a council shelter where they arrived as orphans. They have been hand-raised and have grown up as 100% indoors-only cats. They have had lots of love and attention and are looking for a loving indoors forever homes.

They are typical kittens will love to play with any toy that moves and enjoy balls with bells in them. They will make a great addition to any family and will purr quickly when given attention.

They are used to Breeder’s choice paper litter in an open litter tray.
Food: They love Wellness Signatures Selects Kitten Pate Boneless Chicken and Turkey Entrée. They are also eating Royal Canin Kitten Instinctive with Gravy along with Royal Canin (pink) kitten dry food. They enjoy treats of some raw minced meat.

Vet Work: They have had 1 x F3 Vaccination and have been desexed, flea treated and treated for worms. Additional vaccinations will need to be completed by the new owner (not included in the adoption fee) once the supply of cat vaccinations are available again.

Harry is an adventurous, playful, affectionate kitten who was born into DCH care when his heavily-pregnant mama (Caliope) was taken in by a DCH foster carer six days before giving birth to Harry and his four siblings. Harry has never known a day of hardship in his life.

Harry is adventurous and inquisitive. He likes exploring his surroundings and meeting new people. He is affectionate, sweet and cheeky, often chasing his mama to be nursed even though she is trying to wean her babies off her now that they are coming on to 8 weeks old. He is quiet, litter-trained, likes dry and wet kitten food, and loves climbing cat trees and playing with kitten balls and feathery toys. He is respectful of furniture, clothes and shoes.
