Meet Harlow

Harlow is a big boy, and while quite shy on first meeting once he is comfortable he is such a sweety and rampages through the house. Harlow was rescued from a community cat colony, and was sick when he first came into care and as such he was wary on meeting new people and situations.

When he moved in with his foster carer, he hid for the first 2 days and even day three while he would let you pat him he was very wary. Imagine his foster mums suprise when she woke up in the middle of the night to Harlow drapped across her throat sleeping. While Harlow came out of his shell, he is very independent during the day and happy to lie in the sun in the cat enclosure, but at night he quickly snuggles up to his foster mum for the night.

Now that Harlow has settled into his foster home, he can usually be found asleep on his foster mums desk while she works from home, or sleeping in a sunny spot in the cat run. At night he is usually found snuggled up in bed seeking company.

Although Harlow is a very affectionate kitten, he will need a special family that will let him be a scared and neurotic kitten for the first 2-3 days in his new home, but once he is comfortable it is like little switch is flicked and he is affectionate, funny and so so snuggly.

Harlow has been raised with other foster kittens, as well as the resident cats, dogs and bunny and he happily co-habits with them all. While Sushi has access outside via a cat run in his foster home, he is looking for forever family that can offer him the protection of growing up inside (or safety outside access).

Harlow has been desexed, had all his first 2 kitten vaccinations and is litter trained and will be up to date with her parasite protection - Harlow is ready for adoption now.
